Much as I wanted to vote for Jesse and his Cap cover, the issue loses its impact when you realize, as one poster pointed out, that Steve quits an awful lot. Cyclops walking away from the X-Men, who had been his family, and especially Professor X, who had been his father figure, and not coming back for literally years was a much more powerful statement.
