Captain Marvel - Marvel Comics Two Captain Marvel winners. Interesting that you paired the Milgrom page with one of Kane's, as I've always thought Milgrom was sort of channeling a typical Kane layout for his page.

The Green Hornet #2 (May, 1967) by Dan Spiegle, based on the 1966-67 Greenway/20th Century Fox TV series. Spiegle not only captured the mood of the TV series with most Hornet/Kato scenes taking place at night, but he paid attention to the designs of masks, weapons and their car, The Black Beauty. At the time, many comic artists would skip over accuracy to the source (and i'm not talking about the issue of paying for actor likeness) just to crank out the cash-in, but that's not the case here.
