As a child; 3, but only two I remember.
As an adult; Many. Honestly I'd have a hard time sitting down and counting them all.

10 places before I graduated high school. 2 places and 4 dorms while at university (subletted in the summers between semesters to stay in Boston a couple of years). 7 since I graduated college. Mind you, I have been in the same place now for 14 1/2 years, so all the moving was done before I turned 34.

I forgot about the semester seven of my friends and I rented the basement of Sigma Nu. Not sure how to classify it, since we didn't have access to the rest of the house and had to share the kitchen and bathroom.
Cei-U! I summon the unforgettable summer of '77!

As a child, 1 house. As an adult, 1 dorm, 1 condo and 6 apartments. The condo was my parent's, though my sister and I rented it from them, while they were living elsewhere. I moved twice for the Navy and once for B&N, plus a recent move to reduce my commute to my current job.

One more thing ... During my 20 years plus at work, I lived in a House for 2 years for House Sitting, taking care of the lawn (mowing it), do some gardening, taking care of plants, watering, feeding the dog, and all that ... got paid for it and didn't mind it all.
Had to stop my mail and have no food in the refrig and defrost the freezer before I go.

As a child, just one house. My parents still live there, going on 46 years now.
Adult, pre-marriage, I had two apartments, one with an ex-girlfriend and one with a couple of friends after her.
Married, my wife and I lived in an apartment for three years, in our first house for seven-and-a-half years, and we've lived in our second house for five years and three weeks now.
