Just discovered this song recently and have been playing it a lot. Sad that women (and men) are at the receiving end of abuse. But the song is haunting. The video moving and interesting. And the music reminiscent of classic Motown.

I discovered a band that's been around for decades but never heard about before: Clutch. I had one of those "I resent American pop culture for not putting these guys on my radar until now" moments when I first heard "X-Ray Visions" last week.
"Firbirds!" is likewise pure adrenaline:
The singer has a distinctive and powerful voice, they have a great sense of humor, and they rock as hard as AC/DC.

Lynyrd Skynyrd- Gimme Back My Bullets
Was channel surfing the other night and I stumbled across a Lynyrd Skynyrd documentary on Circle. Was pretty good. Never really had much of an appreciation for the band outside of liking a couple of their songs

The Garcia Birthday Band is streaming a live show with no audience. Not sure if this link will work after the show's over...
edit: still works for me!

Been doing some discography listening, something that I haven't done since "the incident" back in 2018. Was nice to do it again. Went through The Offspring up until Americana from '98. A lot of their songs tend to sound the same to me (not big into Pop Punk or whatever the hell you'd even label Offspring), but the ones that don't are really really good

I discovered Ace of Base last year, and through them Linn Berggren. Aside from their first album, I don't care for the band that much, but I have become a fan of Linn. Her voice is angelic and I've fallen in love with it. This song, in particular, brought me close to tears with its intensity the first time I listened to it. It's a loss to the world that she didn't embark on a solo career.
