As much as I loved Carlin's 'classic era' comedy, I was kind of turned off by the raging, aggressively cynical, 'F**K YOU, and F**K EVERYTHING!' attitude of his later years. He became a very bitter old man. This is my favorite Calin bit, I think this was late 80s? |

He became a very bitter old man. This is my favorite Calin bit, I think this was late 80s? No, later than that; I'd guess mid-90s, at the earliest, possibly a bit later. The beard was still dark in the 80s and the hairline wasn't quite that far gone. That looks more around the time he had the Fox series (which was 1994-95). |
