It's a definite teen audience, as Rated R doesn't mean what it once did. That's a pure modern teen sensibility; that and an arrested adolescence. I don't find it too different from many so-called "adult comics" which were little more than an excuse for cheap nudity and f-bombs. Teenagers will always react to that, until they grow old enough to be tired of it, when they actually mature. If they don't mature, they join the ranks of the middle aged children who still live on a steady diet of this stuff and little else.
