Well, today I received the Best Buy exclusive Reverse Flash mini-figure from the Flashpoint Paradox Blueray/DVD set  And when they say mini....  they ain't kidding! I mean I thought he'd be at least as tall as the Young Justice Flash....  Nope! In fact, when measured against all his counterparts............  he only stands as tall as DC Direct's Pocket Heroes RF and Brave and the Bold's Action League Zoom coming soon the DCTV Reverse Flash Costume ring |

Not a big figure collector, but this is the main piece I want to add. Been saving a little here and there and should be picking it up within the next 2 weeks  |

Did you see the Mezco 1:12 Punisher figures unveiled at Toy Fair? Just today a figure that I've been wanting for a while arrived. It's pretty cool; I'll post a few pictures later.  |

Here's my latest acquisition: DC Direct Elseworlds Series 2 Gotham by Gaslight Batman!   The figure does a great job of bringing the art of Mike Mignola and P Craig Russell to life. It's super detailed, too; the throwing knives are present (although not removable, which is probably a good thing, as I've lost several of Talon's knives), and the cape has mud painted on. It's definitely not a figure meant for play (there's a fair amount of articulation, but the joints are pretty stiff and he's clearly meant to be displayed in one specific pose), but that's alright with me as I bought it for displaying.  Here he is chillin' with Superman. Gotham by Gaslight was one of the first Batman stories I wanted to read, but I didn't read it until last year. As a wee youngster I read about the book somewhere, saw the Mignola cover, and decided I wanted to read it. However, it was deemed too dark for my young mind and I wasn't allowed to buy it (which is probably good, as I used to stay up all night worrying about ghosts and creepy stuff when I was a kid). I finally encountered Gaslight Batman in Convergence: Shazam and have loved that universe ever since. I'm still missing a few issues, though. I still need the Gotham by gaslight Special and the Search for Ray Palmer issue. I'm not sure if the Special issue even exists, or if those two issues are the same thing. I hope those become available digitally sometime. Edit: It seems that those two issues are indeed the same thing (I think), as I cannot find mention of the Gotham by Gaslight Special anywhere except for a few pages on ComicArtFans, and I think those pages are from the Search for Ray Palmer issue. |

Just checked them out and I might be having 2nd thoughts now Really nice, MUCH cheaper alternatives I wasn't aware of Mezco's 1:12 figures before Toy Fair, but now I'm excited about a lot of the upcoming ones. They seem pretty affordable compared to a lot of figures with similar quality. I mainly collect 6" to 7" figures, so these are in scale with that size, which is nice. |

I have read Master of the Future, but I'm still patiently hunting a few issues. Recently I read Countdown: Arena #1, where Gaslight Batman, JSA Liberty Files Batman, and Vampire Batman all fight. That was a fun issue! |

Also, over the past weekend I Caught up on my Batman the Animated Series collection with, Joker and Harley Quinn and Penguin and New 52 Suicide Squad Harley Quinn....   followed by Mad Hatter...  Here's the full first Shelf as it presently stands...  (I still need the Batman/Phantasm two-pack! How do you like the B:TAS and New Batman Adventures figures? I only have one (TNBA Batman), which is a great figure, but I've heard some people mention the figures breaking easily. Have you had any of those problems? I'm considering getting more of these. Great collection, by the way! |

Not with Joker yet (This is my second one the feet broke off on the first joker I gad when he fell off my shelf but this one actually fell two or three times while I was positioning Man-Bat and so far so good.(Penguin's closed umbrella met a similiar fate)
Everyone else seems to be in tip=top condition

Continuing the New Batman Adventures Line Today I picked up Poison Ivy and Bane  Here they are with the rest of the Collection so far....  This puts New Batman Adventures At Even with Batman the Animated Series Coming soon...Scare Crow and Killer Croc with Baby-Doll |

That shelf looks great! I was debating yesterday at my LCS whether or not to get a BTAS figure, but I eventually decided on Greg Capullo Two-Face. Two-Face is a great figure, probably my favorite yet of the Capullo line. It's not super posable compared to the other figures in the line, but that makes sense given the character. He came with two guns but one of his hands has the coin permanently in it, so I gave the other gun to the Question, and now he looks like a private eye.  |

Just received my DC Collectibles Reverse Flash Ring from Amazon  Here it is with the hinge open  I tried it on my Ring Finger and it's pretty snug so i decided to only wear it on very selective occasions (New Reverse Flash Episode airing dates primarily) In the meantime I will keep it among my Reverse Flash figures  Coming soon Reverse Flash Figure with Tachyon Prototype and Heat Wave figure |
