Continuing the New Batman Adventures Line....... Coming soon...Scare Crow and Killer Croc with Baby-Doll Edit: Coming Sooner! Kenner original Batman the Animated Series Batmobile Ok Maybe Not! I'm still getting the Batmobile but it hasn't shipped yet and Yesterday my Tax Refund arrived leaving me with a few extra bucks to my name. that being the case I elected to Pick up my two outstanding single pack figures from DC Collectibles BTAS/TBA series... Croc with Baby-Doll and the Scarecrow and here's the cast so far... I still need Roxy Rocket (Planning on getting her this Friday) and the Batman/Phantasm two Pack and they are within the next few weeks coming (Hopefully I can be fully caught up by the time the next wave arrives! Then there's the Full Size Batmobile but that may have to wait until after the DCTV figures come out!

The Batmobile is so cool. I'd be tempted to get it if there weren't so many other figures I want to buy. The Batman/Phantasm two-pack is cool too. I hope they make some sort of BTAS diorama later in this line; maybe a small Batcave or city area? By the way, I read a review of Roxy Rocket that says the rocket needs "two LR44 batteries", which are not included, just so you know.

And here she is Roxy Rocket! still have to put batteries in the rocket itself but for Now, the display is fine as it is (My only quibble with Her is the fact that her Gun Holster is not functional aside from that she's really cool Here's my Three Batman Animated Shelves also....Due to a broken Elbow Amputation I was Forced to get a replacement of the Classic Caped Crusader Fortunately My Toys R Us still has Plenty of Batman 66 and Dark Knight Jokers in stock (as well as a whole bunch of the Mattel Batman '66 line I'm starting to think Beware the Gray Ghost might have been a bit prophetic when the Toy Collector Mad Bomber said :Your Merchandise just isn't much in Demand....I mean, No one's buying!

Today I received a double Dose of Eobard Thawne aka Professor Adrian Zoom..aka The Reverse Flash First in the mail Came the Eaglemoss Lead figurine of Professor Zoom with the Collector Magazine The magazine is very cool as it combines Zoom's origins from his first appearance in the Flash, his battle with Wally West in the Return of Barry allen storyline and his own origin in the Flashpoint Reverse Flash one shot. Next came the Mattel Multiverse Flash TV Version of Reverse Flash Hee he is in Package...
As I've said with the Flash figure a few weeks ago, I'm really not Wow'd by Mattel's work on this series. I realize that unlike the DC Collectibles versions, these figures are done with kids in mind rather than adults. and as such they are no doubt far more durable than their DCC Counterparts. But with that being said it still feels more like a cheap knock-off. (especially when compared to the Comic-accurate Reverse Flash they released as part of DC Universe Classics Here He is with the Flash Figure from the Multiverse series Here He is with his counterparts from DC Collectibles* and Funko's ReAction Line *Note that this is the exclusive Figure of the the DCC Reverse Flash that came with the Blu-Ray/DVD set and not yet the Single pack figure coming out (hopefully) in the next few weeks! Anyway here's my Reverse Flash assortment to date: Coming soon: Multiverse Flash (Red Symbol) and JLU 10" Justice Lord Flash

This Just in! The 1993 Kenner Batman the Animated Series Batmobile I wanted to get this one before I picked up the New DC collectibles version. It's in pretty good shape for it's age despite the fact that the Driver's side rear tire comes off and there's no bar to clip the windshield canopy in place... Aside from that it's pretty cool to have it again and it showcases well with the New figure line.... still waiting to buy the New One and the Batman/Phantasm 2-pack

Today at my LCS I acquired the Man-Bat BTAS figure, and I placed an order for the Batman/Phantasm two-pack. Looking forward to that!

I placed an order for the Batman/Phantasm two-pack. Looking forward to that! So cool that they're doing one. I used to love the old Phantasm figure. Removable costume, female figure at a time when those were few and far between, AND you could reenact the biggest moment of the film just by taking off the cowl! I've always wondered if that figure didn't spoil the film for millions of kids nationwide, though.

If they had packaged it another way, though, the "two figures in one" appeal might have been lost. I'm really liking the BTAS line, and I'm excited by a lot of the announcements from Toy Fair this year. There were some neat ones showcased there. I especially liked the Bullock one that comes with a half eaten donut!

I made a total impulse buy (no pun intended). I haven't bought a toy/figure in 10 years.

So Monday I received DC Direct Pocket Heroes Wally West Flash (A loose single originally part of a JLA box set Here he is with the Full Size Wally West Flash....... and with the Speed Force as it presently stands.... ok I know what you're all thinking "Wait! where's Barry?!? Well Barry unfortunately Died in the Crisis (He accidently fell victim to the vacuum cleaner during the Spring cleaning week!) I'm sure he'll be back eventually...(Maybe without having a tragic origin tacked on after the fact) anyway Sercond to arrive on Monday was the 10" JLU Justice Lords (Reverse) Flash Shown here with his little brother... and with all my other Reverse Flashs /Zooms Finally, Monday ended with the arrival of the Identity Crisis Black Canary I gotta say of all the Canaries I have this one is far and away my Least favorite. Probably it's because something about the art from this series.... it does well on the page but when it's put in figure form it just doesn't quite come off right....particularly where the female figures are concerned.(actually I think the figures owe more to the cover art than the actual interior art but I could be wrong about that) Anyway.. that was it for Monday.. Yesterday, in preparation for the Movie Batman v Superman I bought Multiverse figures of Batman and Wonder Woman ( they didn't have Superman at any of the places I went and I still had my Man of Steel figure anyway so here they are both alone, and with their predecessors (mostly) Ok so the DC Direct JLA Wonder Woman isn't Linda Carter but she is the closest looking figure on a scale with the NECA Batman and superman and she is the best choice as far as placeholders go. That brings us to today's arrival... DC Direct Pocket Heroes Green Arrown and Black Canary Here's all my Silver Age Ollies and here's all my canaries (at least until Laural comes out next Wednesday)

Several of your Black Canarys appear to be suffering from wardrobe malfunctions
