The Ben Reilly I ordered from HasbroPulse earlier this month arrived today! In comparison the black costume Spidey that I ordered from BBTS in September 2021 still hasn't been fulfilled yet. Don't think I'll be ordering from there again.  |

A few neat figures showed up today. I had been debating grabbing the Badger figure forever, my favorite Indy character/comic book ever. But the preview pictures didn't look all that great to me and they didn't even show what the card looked like. Really glad I went for it, looks MUCH better in person and love the card. I also was not looking to start picking up any ReAction figures, but this Galvatron was calling out to me (love the movie logo on the card especially). Looks great in person as well, and really nice quality thick cardstock (some cards have been getting a little flimsy IMO).  |

An oversized box showed up (and my wife was not buying that it was just kitty litter, darn BBTS branding)...  The teaser of contents (what in the name of Eternia have I done??)...  "I...have...the power!!" (as well as the credit card bill):  So yeah, I went a little crazy. I've been loving these Super7 retro releases, I lost all my original ones from the 80's years ago, and I always "just missed" the cool looking Matty Collector releases for any kind of reasonable price over the years (other than my DC/MOTU 2-packs I posted in another thread). I sort of "cleaned out" my wishlist because (here comes that "collector rationalization") I didn't want any of these to go out of stock and have to pay a mark-up. So far I've been lucky to get all the ones I've wanted at retail except Man-At-Arms and Fisto, I'm going to have to break down eventually and just grab those. The new Castle Greyskull is fantastic. I miss the harder plastic of the original, but otherwise they struck a perfect balance between maintaining the feel of the original and making some nice improvements.
My youngest and I briefly got into collecting this line, but the small amount we amassed managed to take up considerable space, so we stopped there!

Picked up this Marvel Legends Retro Wave Deadpool from Dorkside Toys. This is the version that comes with all the accessories (not pictured is his pistol). Very fun packaging artwork and I like how he can hold his Big A$$ Gun with both hands!    Sent from my moto g stylus using Tapatalk |
