I trademarked my name two years ago. Swore I'd kill any turniphead that tried to use it

The only Legion comic I had as a kid. I just recently re-acquired it.

Well, the choice was a real Silver Agey one or something from when Giffen was really firing on all cylinders. I went with the latter.

I've never had much affinity for the Legion, had a couple random issues as a kid, but the only Legion related series I ever bought with intention was this mini that was part of the Legends series... -M I remember nothing about that story. But the artwork by Ernie Colon was, as usual, pretty spiffy.

^^^^ It always seemed to me that the Silver Age Legion was very big on "memorials," which seemed odd for a book about teenagers.

Crimebuster and Hoosier posted my first two go-to Legion covers, but this one is the third member of the Trinity:

Probably my favourite story, though there were a lot of great ones in this era. Levitz and Lightle absolutely killing it(pun intended), and we get treated to a simple yet effective Giffen cover.

Given the other mindless stunts Dc (and Marvel) has done, I'm kind of surprised they didn't commission a whole series of Adam Hughes (or others) variant bondage covers.
