Listened to the This American Life episode, it's quite good - although I have to say I liked some of the other segments (e.g., the one featuring John Hodgeman and the one about Zora "the self-made superhero") better than that bit with the Gone & Forgotten guy.
Speaking of podcasts that touch on comics, the latest episode of the history podcast Back Story, about the Atomic Age, has a segment on how the nuclear weapons and radioactivity impacted the comics of the 1950s and 1960s, with a focus on Hulk and Spider-man. It's a good piece and the entire show is worth a listen.
