Getting a sizable chunk of the action is Jesse, with 5 votes.
Prince Hal gets covered in 2 votes.
And no. one in sombody's books are Slam_Bradley, outsider, Farrar, bert, DubipR, and MW Gallaher, who all score 1 vote.

Congrats to badwolf, a true homage to Action #1 cover, and a damn good one.
I held off talking about some of the covers to not interfere with the contest. But now that it's done, I must say some of the covers were not homages to Action #1. Some had just the slightest similarity to it.
Just because a hero is lifting something over their head does not make it an Action #1 homage.
To me the contests was 'Homage to Action #1" not "Sort of reminds me of Action #1".
My two cents.

I agree Kirby, but I felt that the homage aspect was too confining and decided to think outside of the box.
