Holy moley!
That cover didn't win here, that I know of - I won the CBR cover contest with it last month. The theme there was "natural disasters".
It's clearly a powerful, dramatic image. Kudos to CC Beck.

Actually Foxley won with that cover, in the April Showers contest 3/29/17 - 4/4/17 that Prince Hal created.
It just shows what a great cover it is that it's won twice now, like that snowy Bat Lash cover # 2 by Nick Cardy.
