Just starting a general information thread about deaths and resurrections in comics. How did Ted Cord ( Blue Beetle) come back after getting shot in the head by Maxwell Lord? I don't think he did. I'm thinking he returned to life after one of the reboots, thus his "death" never happened. But it's not like I/any of us intimately follow DC continuity these days. Ask us something from 1974! |

Here's one that's fairly recent:
How did Jason Todd come back to life? I know that it originally had something to do with an alternate Superboy punching reality really, really hard, but if that Crisis event is no longer in play, what's the new explanation? Lazarus Pit?

They did reboot the DC universe with Flashpoint, but I don’t know where it landed as far as resurrections.
