Hadn’t heard of this magazine until last night, but headlines suggest it might be semi-kayfabe:

Come on WWE, get Jade Cargill's theme released so I can put it on my phone....love the guitar.
Jade and Bianca might be feuding eventually....looking at WM41 for a clash.

^ Was hoping Liv would win the title, she's always that damn close......
At first I wasn't sure about Chad Gable's heel turn....but I heard the Creed Bros will be turning heel too and they'll form a new stable . Makes sense if the tag-team title is held by faces.

Right now, my favourite women wrestlers (currently active, so not including hiatuses and injuries) include Becky Lynch, Bianca Belair, Toni Storm and Thunder Rosa. Thunder Rosa is a really strong character, I feel:

Thunder Rosa is a really strong character, I feel: really? She is like my least favorite right now... she hadn't done anything for me since she's been back. I'd much rather see more time for Anna Jay or Julia Hart. The angle with Stokely Hathaway, Willow Nightengale and Kris Statlander has been good too.

I like how she seems to reinvent herself, and I always feel she wrestles well. I endorse the others you mention, too.
Toni Storm is a great example of a character-driven wrestler, and I’d like to see more of that in AEW.

I see Dave Scherer is often toxic online, including digs at Meltzer’s hair (which might be dyed).
And we wonder why wrestling fans are looked down upon, when we have a lot of negative ‘journalists’ who can’t seem to be nice.
I don’t subscribe to PWInsider, but why would I when the guy behind it has this in his Twitter bio:
Now, how is that a good advertisement for your site?
Imagine other professions, e.g. a tax expert with a bio which stated, “Here to discuss tax, not interested in whining, and I will block you on a whim.”
I just don’t see how a bio like that for Scherer would make ANYONE think about signing up to his site. It also makes it sound like he doesn’t want discourse. As much as I believe Meltzer takes wrestling too seriously, at least he opens himself up to discourse online.

It also makes it sound like he doesn’t want discourse. As much as I believe Meltzer takes wrestling too seriously, at least he opens himself up to discourse online. I think it is as much a reflection on the type of people who frequent Twitter streams to draw attention to themselves as much as the individual account holder. Pro wrestling seems to draw a lot of trolls and those who think there are no consequences to acting like a Richard, online. Gaming and even comics draw them, too. You deal with enough of it and etiquette breaks down, a bit. Personally, I find Twitter to be more of a "Look at me!" platform than many others and the main reason I pretty much ignore it (along with almost all others, except this site and a couple of others). If you are a performer, I can see its use, for promotion (or anything that needs promotion to make money). A whole lot of the rest just feels like vanity. On the other hand, it is the only social media my cousin uses, though he actually thinks Elon Musk is some kind of altruistic hero, and not another privileged, loudmouth, fascist-wannabe. Your mileage may vary. Assuming your Tesla doesn't explode on you.

For me, Twitter is now about just seeing cool pics: vintage WWF photos, aviation history (there are some great accounts for that), the RAC for practical purposes and so I can be aware of updates, movie studio trailers, my city council, etc. It’s simply about information.
I don’t do political discourse, I’m not interested in newspapers, etc.
I’m trying to make it about fun. And once again, if anyone likes military aviation history, check out some great accounts.

And that's a fine use. The problem becomes when someone uses it to share their views on things (assuming they are not just looking to antagonize people and are offering valid criticism or interpretation) and everyone wants to jump on them because they have a different opinion and can't let it go at, well I believe differently and want to rip out their jugular. That's how you end up with the post you mentioned, as much as that person just naturally being a jerk. The antagonistic stuff just kind of drowns out the rest, for me. I'm more of the Groucho Marx school of "wouldn't join any club that would accept me as a member." That's why I have so much contempt for this site. They actually let me in!
