Yeah, there were just too many little variations on most of these costumes to capture them all. I tried to get what I thought were the most common ones.

Goliath in the yellow on blue (granted the red/blue retained more of the Giant Man look) with goggles. Yellowjacket comes in at #2. Just very cool, sleek, simple and classic design. Yellow with black really pops! Rounding out in 3rd place is classic Ant Man with the helmet and antennae. Strong enough visual design that remains a basic part of the Pym costume design over decades.
Always had a problem with the "Armored" look as you got to wonder just how damn heavy that would become to wear? IT had to be tough at normal size and when you push it to 60, 70, 80 feet high it must be like wearing a battleship!?!

That's look always bothered me and I think it is too darn awkward to wear at any size and that's isn't practical at all. I always questioned Marvel Comics judgment on this and this would make my list of really outlandish costumes easily.

It's not on the list, but I actually really like the 90's Giant-Man costume he was sporting during "The Crossing" (don't shoot me!).

Definitely Yellowjacket. I like the yellow and black colour scheme, the chest logo, and the bug eyes.
There was this typo in a 70s issue of Avengers where he referred to himself as 'Jellojacket' which I find way funnier than it probably is.

This might be controversial, but, for me, Hank Pym is one of those Marvel characters who has never had a really decent costume. He's a bit like Wonder Man, in that respect. At a push, I suppose I like the original Ant-Man suit the best, but I really can't bring myself to actually vote for that as a "favourite" look.

His best costume was only passable, but I think that Yellowjacket, Goliath, and the original Ant-Man are all pretty solid to say the least.

I always liked this variation the best. It was the first intro of the goggles into his look.

I always liked this variation the best. It was the first intro of the goggles into his look. Look again. The goggles were first introduced in Avengers #28, when Goliath first donned the blue-and-gold costume.

I stand corrected and take the suspension from the active Avengers roster.

I first saw the old Giant Man in a strange way... an issue of Crazy magazine had a comic book format Crazy #1 bound-into one 'Special' issue and it had a Not Brand Echh Revengers story in it, it was the costume Icc shows a sample of. Edit: Here is a page from it... slightly different in a couple of ways...
