I still don't know how nursing can effectively be done on skis. Seems impractical. Why not just get the ambulance service to buy a snow vehicle?

I came across so many interesting romance comic covers that included ski slopes or lodges--it was a quite popular setting for love's twists and turns, it seems! Crimebuster posted one such great cover and there was also this cover from 1961, by none other than John Romita (Sr., of course):
