With my GOLD CARD, it's $2.19 for a cup of coffee, refill is a nickel; and to top it off ... I get a dime off for bring in my mug ... So for two cup of coffee ... it's cost me $2.14 - or $1.07 per cup!

Just because Ish was lamenting the lack of bananas in another thread...finished off the homemade banana bread my wife made for Thanksgiving with a hot cup of fresh brewed coffee for breakfast, and had a banana with my cereal afterwards.
We got your "naners" covered Ish!

I typically only drink coffee to wake up in the morning. It's enough for me to stumble out of bed in the morning and pour water into my BUNN and wait 2 minutes for the pot to fill. I cannot even IMAGINE having to stumble out of bed, dress myself, and go somewhere to get coffee.
I'd probably not make it.

Ingredients: Milk - 1 Cup ( I had hi-low Milk. Low fat milk) Vanilla powder - 1 tablespoon Nescafe powder - 1/2 teaspoon (adjust based on ur preference) Ripped banana - 1 Sugar - 1 teaspoon (optional) - banana's natural sweetness may suffice. Method:Add everything to blender and run till all banana is mashed and the drink is foamy

I worked at a convenience store chain (Quicktrip) when I lived in St.Louis from 95-00, and most people DON'T get dressed, or do anything to give anyone any indication that they are leaving their homes, to come get coffee. PJ's/nightgowns and slippers, scary hair ... the whole nine yards. And then bitch at me if there were any issues in the process of getting their coffee exactly the way they want it. As IF! People talk about drunk, crackheads and stoners ... heh I'll take em any day over some coffee drinkers! :-)

The 2014 IgNobel prize in physics has been awarded to a Japanese team that measured the friction between a shoe and a banana peel! This is a great day for bananalogy!!! (...which should really be "musalogy", I suppose, but that doesn't sound nearly as funny).

The only question that occurs to me is how long does a banana have to work out to become "ripped"?
