I'm trying to remember; but, I don't think Alfred did appear in this series and I don't really recall him in The Adv of Batman (Batman/Superman Hour). I don't think he turned up in a cartoon until one of the Super Friends series (where he is affected by a ray gun).

Commissioner Gordon did appear and Chief O'Hara was in the Adev of Batman; can't recall if they used him in New Adv or not. Ted Knight voiced just about everybody that Olan Soule and Casey Kasem did not (meaning everyone but Batman and Robin) in the original and Lennie Weinrib did most of them in New Adv of Batman. Jane Webb voiced Batgirl in both (and most females in Filmation cartoons from the late 60s into the early 80s).
