I never knew the Invaders were so popular! Compared to the groups on the poll The Invaders and the Freedom Fighters were the only one I actually ever followed when they were coming out. That run of the Freedom Fighters (Vol. 1) upon further review sucks pretty bad (what did I know...I was a kid). The Invaders remains semi-readable and I like period pieces. |

Ooh What about Watchmen? They're from 1986, right? I know the "Watchmen" in the story were the scientists with the doomsday clock rather than either the old or modern teams of super-heroes, but you know who I mean. The Watchmen were never a group of heroes. It's the name of a comic book. Yes, I believe I made that clear in my post. However, there are two groups of heroes in the comic book "Watchmen." |
