I almost forgot The Brothers Link, who debuted in "This Badge Bedeviled" by Len Wein and George Tuska in Marvel's Astonishing Tales #8, 1971. Twins Josh and Damien Link, one a cop, one a criminal, can merge spirits granting one double his normal human abilities. This pilot for a backup feature didn't go anywhere, as Marvel abruptly reduced its page count, but the Brothers Link returned in the guise of costumed villain Gemini in issue 17, where they tangled with headliner Ka-Zar.

That reminds me of another group of Chinese siblings with super-powers. Which reminds me of the show semi-based on that, the Calabash Brothers. The eldest had super strength, the second super vision and super hearing, the third indestructibility, the fourth fire control, the fifth water control (kinda twins with 4), the sixth invisibility and the seventh had a magic sucking gourd. Without it he was normal.

In that vein, Quality Comics' Golden Age feature Captain Triumph and Simon and Kirby's 1950's era Fighting American also had superpowers thanks to the spirits of their dead brothers. Oh, and Daniel Drumm was the dead brother whose spirit augmented Jericho Drumm's Brother Voodoo in Marvel's Bronze Age series. If those count, how about the original Fighting American, in whose origin he had his brain transplanted into the body of his deceased brother.

What about Marvel's 3D-Man? Chuck and Hal Chandler is a composite being. Brother Chuck kidnapped by Skrull's in the 1950's and as he escapes their clutches the ship explodes and the radiation transplants his "essence" onto a pair of glasses his crippled brother Hal wears. Hal the scientist puts on the glasses and concentrates and the 2 brothers "become" the 3D Man and all of his mortal abilities are tripled (?!? shouldn't it be doubled?!?) and he can "see" the Skrulls in their shape changed forms.
