Whoops! My face is even redder now.
After EdoBosnar pointed out my error, I did a recount. It turns out I had somehow shifted two votes for Farrar into chaykinstevens column. This means we actually have a draw.
Can someone who has not yet voted please cast a deciding vote between chaykinstevens and EdoBosnar?
Now, if you'll excuse me, I'll be off to put on my haiirshirt and find some nettles with which to flagellate myself with.

Thanks, brianf. This week's winner is EdoBosnar. I refrain from typing anything else given my track record this evening.

I always suspected you were secretly Russian. Yeah, I don't think the self-respecting Russian operative would acknowledge electoral skullduggery, much less correct the error...
Otherwise, thanks everyone. I'll have a new contest up shortly. Sorry for the delay - I just back inside from spending the entire afternoon and early evening a) walking the dog and b) doing yardwork.

NOT AN ENTRYAnyone else a little surprised that this oddly specific monster--green-skinned, antler-like antennas, handless arms, 3-toed claws--appear on two different covers by different artists (though from the same company)? And preceding both was this, from 1947. The green guy sure got around, didn't he--at least he put on shorts for the Flying Saucers cover Fwiw: In AE #106 Tony Tallarico noted that the Avon publisher "decided to save money on covers, and he was using some paperback art for the comics..."

As an Aussie, I'll assume incompetence over conspiracy any day.
