We have currently have a tie between foxley and MDG, so it looks like we're going to sudden death! (Yes, the puns are starting early this evening.)

*Sigh* Always the bridesmaid, never the bride.  (Of course, the irony here is that I voted for MDG.  ) Thanks for the tiebreaker james. Killing it this week is MDG, with 5 votes. Mounting the scaffold immediately behind him is foxley, with 4 votes. Awaiting reprieve is EdBosner, with 3 votes. Up against the wall are Slam_Bradley, Crimbuster and bert, with 2 votes each. And left swinging in the breeze are badwolf, Farrar, pinkfloydsound17, Chris, rberman, Hoosier X, Icctrombone, and Rob Allen, with one vote apiece. |

I'm a little surprised not to see Sin City, but maybe that scene was never on a cover.
NOT AN ENTRY I assume you mean DHP #62?  Ah, there it is. I didn't have a particular issue in mind, but I remembered the scene and thought it was probably on a cover at some point.
