Thanks for the this weeks topic is: Split-screen covers featuring 2 or more stories This week, post a cover that depicts 2 or more different stories ina split-screen format. This is my entry
I specified "split-screen" in order to exclude things like just a blurb in a corner or strip on the side mentioning a back-up story with a small picture to go with it. So that means that probably most entries will be from anthology series like the above, Amazing Adventures, Strange Tales, etc. But I don't mean for "split-screen" to be taken too literally. As long as both or all the stories are treated more or less equally the cover should qualify. Post one classic cover that fits the theme of the contest. Covers must be posted before voting begins. Voting takes place on Tuesday, July 28th, beginning at 12:01 am PDT and ending at 11:59 pm PDT. Vote by posting the name of the poster whose cover best fits the theme or whose cover you simply like the best. Put your choice's name in bold. The winner of the contest is the entrant with the most votes after the voting period ends. The winner chooses the theme for the next week's contest. If you don't think a cover fits the theme, Please don't post disparaging remarks about it, just don't vote for it. If a cover is more recent than the classic time frame, kindly point that out so that the poster can choose an alternate before voting begins. Two posters may not use the same cover.

NOT AN ENTRYAs soon as I read the contest concept, I immediately thought of two covers. One is that B&B cover. But at the same time, I thought of another cover. It is split screen cover, and it does show two stories, but somehow I don't think this is what berkely is looking for. I just find it strange that the first thing I thought of was so close, and yet so far off target.

My first cover didn't fit the 2 story rule. Here is a variation of the split cover theme.
