Yes, there will be a lot of Penguin covers. One of my favorite Penguin stories is "Bargains in Banditry" in Batman #14. I looked at the cover to see if the Penguin is featured (I couldn't remember) and here's a nice Jerry Robinson stunner!

Don't think I ever knew about this until now - was it any good? I can see Morrison pulling it off, he has the ability, but that doesn't mean he actually put it to good use in this comic.

It's a decent read. Morrison certainly knows his source material. It's set during The Avengers final season, and has Tara King being kidnapped, so Steed asks Mrs Peel to come out of retirement to help him locate her. Personally, I think it would work as an episode of the show with Diana Rigg making a guest appearance.

There are actually two stories going through it; the main story with Steed & Peel teamed up to find and rescue Tara and a back-up piece involving Emma and her long lost husband, who reappeared in her final episode (The Forget-Me-Knot). The main story hits the right beats, though it is definitely more of a late era Avengers style, while the back-up is a light-hearted character piece that seeks to show why Emma would have married Peter Peel. It's not The Cybernauts, or anything like that; but, it stands up to stuff like "Game," from the Tara years.
