Hitting the right note with voters this week was MDG, who scored a winning 7 votes. Stringing along behind in 2nd place is Jesse, with 3 votes. No need to fret for DubipR and chadwilliam. They scored 2 votes each and 3rd place. And the voters like badwolf, Edobosnar, Prince Hal, and hondobrode to the tune of 1 vote each.

Couldn't post this because it was too recently published (2016).

I thought you were thinking of R Crumb's book. I saw that, too, and this... but they seemed more like illustrated books than GNs, so decided not to use either of them. Maybe we should have a Book Cover Contest thread.

The JLA cover and mention of Jimi Hendrix allusion made me think of this cover, but I couldn't use it as it was from 2019... I also thought of this Jimi cover, old enough, but it didn't have an actual guitar on it -M
