This thread deserves a theme song. Nice, but I was thinking more along the lines of some of Slim Gaillard's tunes, since he came up with the whole " Vout" sub-language dialect thing. Still, the Gillespie you posted is more sound-effectish, so I guess it actually works better.

Fap Gashklitzka, which sounds a bit too Yiddish for my WASP ancestors. Might explain my penchant for yiddish words and phrases....
Well, that and a healthy dose of Mel Brooks and Carl Reiner writing, in my formative years!

ps That would mean I am the son of Chonk and Plork Glashklitzka, and the brother of Fap and Fap. That'll teach my parents to give us all the same first initial!

I dunno...'Fump' seems like more of a generic comic strip sound effect for snow falling on someone from a rooftop!
