Here are a few panels from the Peyer/Morales Hourman (1999) I think are funny:

I need to know why the bologna is special.

This panel always reminds me of watching Supernatural with my wife and the episode where Castiell says "I found a liquor store and I drank it." When I heard that line I paused it and ran and got Hulk #333 and showed my wife this page laughing.

I loved this. "Allow?" Ah yes... remember the Facist Dictator, Margaret Thatcher? Alan Moore was lucky to survive those harrowing years of tyrannical rule.

Amen to that! Thatcher had some f***ing awful policies and is without doubt the most divisive Prime Minister in living memory. Even now, all these years later, we are still dealing with the toxic legacy of her time in power here in the UK. Anyway, I probably shouldn't get too political. It's not really the done thing in the forum.

"Guard the bologna!" needs to be a catchphrase.
Can't find it online, but one of my favorites is a single-panel Sunday Peanuts that shows Snoopy and his Beagle Scouts holding out a safety blanket under the last leaf on a tree. Can't do it justice with a description, but it's the kind of thing Charles Schulz did better than anyone (except maybe Patrick McDonnell).

Alan Moore shows us what Hell is all about... That circular panel is as scary a moment as there was in the Swamp Thing stories. ( Saga of the Swamp Thing Annual #2, 1985)
