I had actually looked at the Marvel-Two-in-One cover with them on it because of the Patriot, but had forgotten about this one. Even though I own it!

I had the previous issue as a kid and I thought it might have been Bucky from that cover, but when I checked that image out, I saw this one, so it was a bit happenstance, but my first thought when I saw the entry was Invaders era Cap, so I wasn't too far off... -M |

Quick first impression is Phantom Stranger based on white glove and the white V on black clothing, now it's a matter of finding which Stranger image/cover....
