2. I think Confessor is a Skrull. English accent, musician, Beautiful wife , good taste in comics. Is he a plant to infiltrate the earth ? Ha ha! Thank you, but there's no "Skrulliness" here. What can I say, I'm just a man of impeccable taste, and, as Cecil Rhodes said, to be an Englishman is to have "won first prize in the lottery of life." (That, of course, is exactly what a Skrull would say). |

7. Where does Rob Allen store all the calories he consumes? Every Zoom meeting he's eating a Caligula sized meal and yet he's skinny as a bone. Is he in reality Barry Allen and not Rob Allen ? Does he burn all the energy because of the speed force? Don't be silly - Barry Allen has short hair; mine is down to my waist. Also, he's a DC guy and I'm a Marvelite. If I had the speed force on my side, would it have taken me two days to reply to this? Semi-seriously, you just have the zoom meetings at breakfast time, and the meals are a normal size. They might seem large because I eat more slowly when I'm busy with a zoom meeting. |

I've been on this forum from the beginning and have some serious questions about unknown phenomenon associated with posting here all these years- 1. What is the origin of the Superman hatred by Slam_Bradley ? Did he not get that Superman costume at Christmas time and it scarred him ? Nah. It's just that he's boring. Even Alan Moore couldn't make him interesting. And the detritus of the Weisinger era just makes it worse. |

I9. Why does The Captain hate Rick Jones so much? Did he secretly want to BE a sidekick to all the Marvel heroes and was rejected? I’ve actually explained it before (couldn’t find the exact place or else I would post a link), but it boils down to the fact that Rick Jones has a couple of annoying traits. First off, he’s an absolute jerk to everyone. He gets pouty at Steve Rogers when Cap won’t take him on as a sidekick, and then he’s an ass toward Mar-Vell during their time tethered together. Secondly, and even more egregious, is that Rick Jones is the biggest lucksack in the Marvel universe. He’s the guy that can’t do anything right, has no discernible skills, and is a toxic personality, yet he always falls into success. I’m guessing the writers thought it was charming to have this guy always come out smelling like roses, usually completely in spite of himself and in direct contradiction to how the situations SHOULD HAVE played out, but no one likes a lucksack in the real world and that goes double for fictional characters. |

I was not impressed... It was neither "Yahoo" nor "Serious"...
