11. Dormammu and Loki, I didn't much care for the Bob Brown art in that long story arc, and some of the matches were ridiculous. The Silver Surfer barely managing to defeat the frickin' Vision, and only because the latter abandons the fight to save Wanda from a volcano? That's absurd! I thought the same things as a kid but I realized something that plays out in the real world- you play to the level of your opponent. This happens to sports teams all the time where they win close games to really poor teams. The Surfer just wanted get the evil eye and leave . Fighting was just an afterthought. |
