Perfect weather here
I was in shorts and a tee shirt at 5:30am. Almost went inside and changed since it was slightly cool, but then decided I could tolerate it.

THIS is the perfect thread for me! As I am constantly "weathering", as my friends call it. I have a phobia of thunderstorms and the potential dangers of them. I am always keeping my eye on the sky and on 9 different weather sites and apps and updating my friends who live scattered around the world. I wish I was kidding. I might be able to be put to ease about my friends here with this Thread! Thanks!
That being said, the weather here is mostly clear with temperatures in the mid-20's, except on the beaches, where it will be mid-30's. The wind is blowing 10 MPH to the North.
And, I am cold, as I will never get used to the temperatures here.

It is clear here and 46 degrees! Early tomorrow morn, they're calling for 40% chance of snow and then 80% chance rain. We'll see about that.

Awesomely cold. High 30s. Right temperature to get the fireplace going, boil some tea, and throw an extra warm blanket on the couch for reading my favorite comics. Winter is my absolute favorite season of the year. No Shax, No! This is the first thing we've disagreed on. I hate the winter. It's all downhill for the 2 of us now...  |

It's 31 degrees Fahrenheit shortly before midnight in the western suburbs of Portland, Oregon. The cold front arrived on Wednesday night with lots of rain and wind thru Thursday but it's been clear and cold since then.

Currently 30 degrees F with snow flurries off and on. Predicting light snow later this morning. with accumulations of 3-5 inches expected by nightfall.
<bleep, bleep, bleep> winter. Love autumn, hate winter, and absolutely hate when winter shows up early shortening my favorite season!

I debated adding "except when driving" but I had already posted and decided it was fine. So, yes, I'll take this time to say that I totally agree!! Late at night on my way hone from school, it's the worst. We have this half a dead tree that peeks out from behind another full tree and it's nicknamed the Slenderman Tree and it gets me every time I come around the corner! |
