Up next: Batman's boner! Listening to Old Time Radio, I hear plenty of "queer" to mean "odd". It makes no sense to me to say "copacetic" when there are so many synonyms which are at least half the syllables.Much more fun to enunciate all those hard consonant sounds. And syllables create rhythm for emphasis. When I jsut want to be quick about it, I can say that everything's jake.  's all good, man. |
