So I was thinking about this while re-reading my Man-Thing omni that I just bought not but a couple of months ago, what are some runs or comic series that you always find yourself coming back to one, twice, or even thrice a year just because they're that darned good?

I re-read Tomb of Dracula fairly frequently. It's a series that's rewarding to revisit because I find myself noticing new things on different read throughs. One of the highlights of Marvel's publishing history.

I haven't done a lot of re-reading the last several years but recently I've started to mix in some along with the new-to-me stuff I've been going through from the early 1990s. So I started Love and Rockets recently at #27. If I'd thought more about it I would have started at the beginning but I was trying to stick to the late-80s/early-90s. I'm also re-reading Eightball, Hate, and Dirty Plotte - all for the first time in 20 years or more.

I'll pick out random issues from the first 150 or so issues of Amazing Spider-Man a few times a year. They are always a good re-re-read for me -- especially the Lee/Ditko and Lee/Romita issues. They never get old and diving into them for the umpteenth time is always an enjoyable experience.
Likewise, both the Tintin series and Marvel's original 70s/80s Star Wars comic are things that I've re-read probably more than any other and I'll definitely usually dip into them once or twice a year.
The other graphic novel that I love to re-re-read and which always enthrals is Alan Moore's From Hell. I probably re-read that every 18 months to two years, I guess. It's just a masterclass of historical fiction writing.

Great topic.
Cerebus: High Society. I've taken that journey so many times, and I can't wait to get back to it each time. Probably going to re-read it over the Thanksgiving break.
Some others are Tick: Karma Tornado, Avengers Forever, and Earth X. Generally old FF and Legion get a fair amount of re-reading as well, and some of my B&W Showcase Silver Age reprints like Supergirl and Sea Devils are well worn.

Not multiple times a year, but I do re-read the Barry Smith Conans.

Nothing that frequently. But I re-read Gaiman's Sandman, the Ostrander/Mandrake Spectre, and Watchmen pretty frequently.

I find myself reading Avengers #4 a couple times a year. I read Avengers #1 to #4 and then FF #25 and #26 a lot. I call it “Get the Hulk!”

Byrne’s FF AND Alpha flight Man, I found his Alpha Flight to be a big dud. And they killed off the best character.

I can re-read Spain's "Cruisin' with the Hound" anytime. Ditto Kim Deitch's "Hollywoodland" and Clowes' Lloyd Llewellyn collection.

I ordered the tabloid size limited collector’s edition of Batman #1, and it arrived the day before I left on vacation. So I took it with me and read it of course.
Batman #1 is one of my favorite comics, and I already have several re-prints. I used to read it a lot, but it’s been a while. It holds up really well. And it’s especially awesome in this giant-sized format.
