As the days of summer roll on and the heat wave continues, a much needed refreshment is needed.
HEY! KOOL-AID!
Yeah, I'm showcasing the Adventures of Kood-Aid Man. Not as a joke but I geniuely like this series! I like these weird all-ages kooky books Marvel and DC in the 80s. Jim Salicrup and Mike Pellowski took the commerical and made it like a comic you'd get at Bob's Big Boy. Kool-Aid Man helps the kids to quence their thurst and beat the Thursties! Games and puzzles and great Dan DeCarlo interiors. And to get a Romita cover for the first of the series. C'mon! That's winner winner right there!
