Yes. But not any of their Morrison books. Worth reading then? It looks like I've read six of them. All worth reading, but some better than others. Shot in the Face: A Savage Journey to the Heart of Transmetropolitan was probably the best. Great look at Transmet. Gotham City 14 Miles: 14 Essays on Why the 1960s Batman TV Series Matters is a really nice look at the Batman TV show and the 66 movie. Keeping the World Strange: A Planetary Guide: Good look at Planetary. The Devil is in the Details: Examining Matt Murdock and DaredevilMinutes to Midnight: Twelve Essays on Watchmen; probably a bit disappointing as it didn't add much to what I didn't already know. Teenagers from the Future: Essays on the Legion of Super-Heroes; I'm not a huge Legion fan, but was interesting. Those are the ones I've read thus far in roughly the order I enjoyed them. All were at least worthwhile.

Of the CLASSIC variety:
All in Color for A dime, the Steranko History of Comics (only volume 1), Les Danies The Comics, Joe Simon's the Comic Book Makers, that one issue of the Kirby Collector that was actually a book on the Lee/Kirby Fantastic Four, the Flash and Superman companions...
But I've read a lot more through the library - I'm all about abusing interlibrary loan - And I probably have a hundred or so individual magazine issues.
I need a judges ruling on Origins of Marvel Comics, Son of Origins, the Superhero Women, and Art Out of Time.

Hardly any, but I do have The Art of Al Williamson and a few random issues of Alter Ego and Back Issue magazine.

If the Marvel collections of the 70s count, I have Son of Origins of Marvel Comics, Bring on the Bad Guys and The Superhero Women, all by Stan Lee. He does talk about the geneses of the characters in between the stories, so I guess they are about comics to some degree.
