There are lots of titles which will never get translated to other languages, but there are also comic publications that are aimed at target groups that are not (or maybe very sparsely) represented on this board. Combining both, I have to mention "Tina", a comic anthology aimed at young girls starting in 1967 that is still published today. Originally British (where it only existed for a year, before being merged with another title and lasting about 5-10 years there), but this is about the dutch version of it: Tina is a weekly magazine, originally containing only comics, these days containing both comics and non-comic articles. It was aimed at young and teenage girls, but these mostly young girls. Many of the comics are imported from other publications, also aimed at young girls, but there are also a lot of comics created for this publication over here. www.lambiek.net/aanvang/tina.htmwww.lambiek.net/aanvang/tina2.htmwww.lambiek.net/aanvang/tina3.htmThis is just the dutch market, similar comic magazines exist in other languages.
