Keep your eyes on the lookout for DC Comics Presents 47... it's a nugget. I got mine carelessly or indifferently mixed up in a wholesale lot for a buck... What is this magic? Yeah, I'm going to need that. I think I have 2 copies of this book. If I can find the other copy it is yours! I will try to look for it this weekend.

Just purchased this last night: Because EFF YEAH: CHILDHOOD. I was a little too old to fully appreciate He-Man and Company when they first came out, but I do remember the preview pages inserted into every DC comic one month and I must have read it because I sort of remember it. Curt Swan art? Superman guest-starred? But Masters of the Universe has become a property that pops up now and then as a cultural reference. They sure get a lot of airtime on Robot Chicken! And then there's this: It's HILARIOUS! My niece and nephew love it. My niece says there's a 10-hour version with a continuous loop ... and she's watched it for three hours. She's a loon. She goes to school dressed as Cecil from Nightvale or as the Pyramid Guy from Gravity Falls. (And since she's not pyramid shaped, she looks like Mr. Peanut.)

That was the best thing ever. Thank you soooo much for sharing that! The world needs more things like this.

I will definitely have to look into this. Bruce Timm does some of the art so that is a BIG plus for me.

Ordered this bad boy a couple of weeks back from my LCS and it finally came in today. I used the last of my store credit I got from some books I traded in to purchase it.

Oh, cool. I've been reading early JLA my own-self. I should go talk about it in Wildfire's thread.

The 2nd volume of that omnibus is also just solicited! And you should totally talk about early JLA in my Silver Age DC Thread! I got nice links to the ones I've reviewed in the top post. I'll probably be going back to them after I read the Lois Lanes
