I was surprised to have gotten the bulk of my run relatively cheap.
I overpaid for at least one issue of the Kirby/Lee Thor that I'd been having a hard time finding but I'm happy to have the whole run now, apart from the earliest stuff when they hadn't really found their game. And I had kept hold of the Roy Thomas Ragnarok and Celestials saga from #272 to #301 or so from when I read them back in the day. The post-Kirby stuff up to around #203 or whatever I managed to find at pretty reasonable prices online.
Most of the #200s up to #272 (If I'm recalling the correct issue #) I never thought was all that great, from what I remembered, and thus never really craved the back issues, but I'm starting to feel a bit of nostalgia for some comics from that early to mid-70s era even if I didn't like them all that much at the time, so I might break down and start looking for back issues of those as well.
I started looking for all the Thor issues about 5 years ago and I have paid the most for # 126 and the "Him" issues look to be the more expensive of the run.

Some stuff that I purchased online recently has started arriving; first and foremost, there's the Tigra Complete Collection, which I had on preorder at Amazon and which, like the similar Man-Wolf volume, I've been wanting for ages: And then there's a few I purchased just because I found them so cheaply, like these two Spider-man Panini digests: These collect ASM #103-111 and #112-120 respectively. (The covers are really ugly, though; sometimes the Panini digests simply reproduce covers of actual issues - which is preferable - and sometimes they have these kind with new, almost always bad, art.) And these two, because although I really love Collins' prose books, I'd never read Road to Perdition (again, found very cheaply on the Amazon UK Marketplace): There's a few more things still on the way; I usually don't get so many books at once, but I had a bit of extra money come in unexpectedly at the start of December, and like I said, I stumbled onto some outstanding deals on books I've been wanting for a while now, so I couldn't pass up the opportunity.

And these little beauties arrived from eBay this morning - I think I must have spent at least all my Christmas money by now - dammit! Sillage Ts 1 and 3 From what I have read Sillage as a series starts well but slides after a while into a routine. There are, to date, 20 or so books published. Number one starts very well indeed very inventive - I was reminded by the end of Ian M Bank's Culture novels (which is not a bad place to end up in my head)

I think stopped reading at 10.

i bought the fascimile/reprint of Uncanny X-Men #266 from tfaw.
Even though the fascimile reprints are more newish or whatever, they still count as old comic book issues in a way.

I’m not a big fan of Marie Severins serious work.

I’m not a big fan of Marie Severins serious work. Is that a Marie Severin cover? I'm with you-I'm not a fan of her serious work, either, but I think that's a pretty good cover. Especially the design, as it makes me want to buy the cover, seeing the Warriors Three and some other Asgardians bowing down to Loki.
