It's cool that they're giving feedback. Oh, there has been a lot of communication back and forth. They really do find this particular community of value. That's pretty cool, my experience with these kinds of things in the past was very impersonal.

It really did have a fantastic cast, and I think Edwards had a great feel for the world of Star Wars. I've always wondered why they didn't have him do more.

For anyone who received an error message at the end of the survey, we've been told the following: It's cool that they're giving feedback.

Looks like Rogue One is getting a limited Imax re-release with a "sneak peak" of Andor. I actually wouldn't mind seeing Rogue One on the big screen again. Same. The battle of Scarif in particular was amazing on the big screen. I still have my Rogue One branded popcorn bucket which I bought at the cinema when I saw it. That battle was cool, and I loved seeing the Death Star fire on Jedha too. The rippling ground and then the chase to escape the explosion was a fantastic visual.

The survey was a lot more in depth than I thought it would be, I was especially interested that it had a couple questions on what specific stories or characters from the comics I'd like to see adapted. I of course said I wanted more Merv Pumpkinhead and that if they adapted "A Dream of a Thousand Cats" then I could die a happy man.
I wonder what the questions would be like if I had answered I had never heard of the comic?

After having watched it a second time(this time in Comanche, which was cool to hear) about the only negative thing I can come up with is that the ending was (with out spoiling anything) a little anti-climactic. There was a cool little touch with the Comanche pictograms that hinted at more during the credits but it wasn't enough of a tease in my mind.

I signed up and filled in, but got some technical problems (the questionnaire didn't open up in Firefox and at the end of filling it in, I got an uh-oh, something went wrong. So I hope it went through). Same here. I'm not doing it again!!! I made it through the questionnaire but so far have heard nothing else. We'll see if anything comes of it, it'd be interesting to see what they're looking for.

So far my favorite episode was the Hob Gadling episode, their relationship was fantastically done so that when Dream finally met back up with Hob and called him friend I had an ear to ear grin. I loved that episode. That being said, I think moving the Hob Gadling story up to before “A Doll’s House” is problematic. The end of the Gadling story is where we really see that Morpheus has taken Death’s lecture/lesson to heart. And we see that in the episode. But to see him then back-slide in his dealing with Lyta and Hector in the TV show is bothersome. It was the cumulative effect of him learning from Death and Unity, et al, that allowed him to recognize that Hob was a friend and he needed companionship. Yeah, I definitely felt like the end where he finally meets up with Hob would have worked better as another one of the epilogues like we got with Lucifer in the last episode.

I'm on episode 4 of the show having no prior knowledge of the source material, but reading the comic alongside it (i'm on issue 4), and i'm quite fascinated. One thing that stands out so far, is that every ep adapts a concurrent issue of the comic (dunno if this persists for the entire season but i think it's really neat), though taking some obvious liberties. As someone with no connection to the source material, i think it stands on its own well as a fantasy show. I'm really intrigued by Tom Sturridge. 'Dark and brooding and stoic' is so easy to get wrong or over-act but I'm hanging on this man's every word. I'm glad this also finally got me to plunge into Sandman, one of very few forays outside of my superhero comfort zone. Should do that more often, really, cause it's darn good so far. Yeah, I really liked Tom Sturridge's performance as well and I enjoyed watching Dream grow as the season went on.

Top 4 of the series for me... Predator (1987) Prey Predator 2 Predators I have not watched The Predator (2018) but have heard nothing good about it either. I couldn't get past the first half hour, it was just boring. It was the same with AVP2, there just wasn't much to keep my attention. AVP wasn't terrible however, it was a decent popcorn muncher but no where near as tense or interesting as the others.

I very much enjoyed the movie Prey. I'd reccommend just watching that and the first, original one. All the others in-between are fodder or time-wasters While not as good as the original or Prey, I thought Predator 2 was interesting with its use of the "urban jungle" and I liked the idea that the government knew about the Predators. And while just below Predator 2, Predators was also a solid action flick; the boobytraps that both the Predators and the human soldiers set up for eachother were interesting and both Brody and Fishburn gave solid performances.

Loved it! Probable the best after the first one. By the way, watched it in Comanche language! I'm going to watch it that way next time, I heard it was fantastic.

It was the same when Robinson's #42 was retired, no new players could have that number but those who wore it before it was retired could continue to do so. Red Sox great Mo Vaughn wore it until 2003(with his sad end with the Mets), and Mariano Rivera of the Yankees wore his #42 all the way until 2013 when he retired. Come to think of it, I don't think any of the players who had #42 before it was retired opted to change numbers. I've said elsewhere, I didn't like it then, I don't like it now. A number is either retired or it isn't. Half-assing it is just a bad look to me. -M I mean, the reason those guys coveted the number was specifically because it was Robinson's number so I was okay with them keeping it during their careers. I know Vaughn and Rivera specifically had contact with Robinson's family because they felt they were honoring his legacy.

I just finished this and it was surprisingly good, like I'm stunned that this didn't get a theatrical release. I think what I liked the best was that the white hunters were French and all their dialogue was too so they were just as alien to the natives as the Predator. That probably wouldn't come across to a French speaking viewer like Roquefort Raider but it definitely seemed to be an intentional choice by the film makers.
