I don't have a pull list per se.
I do have print subscriptions to:
Heavy Metal
Dr. Strange
and plan on adding the Coates/Stelfreeze Black Panther series to that.
I do follow some Marvel series via Unlimited, though with the 6 month time lag.
I do regularly pick up some Image series in trade-again with the 6 month or so time lag:

Five Ghosts
Trees
Injection
Saga
Thief of Thieves
Autumnlands
Southern Bastards
(though I am a volume behind in getting Saga and Thief of Thieves)
I pick up the new Archie series off the newsstands when I see it.
I am slowly catching up on the Mignolaverse stuff via trade but am nowhere near current (same with Sixth Gun)
and there are some currentish minis I plan on picking up in trade when they become available

George Perez's Sirens (BOOM!)
Brides of Helheim (Oni)

and more I can't think of off the top of my head I am sure.
With the continued availability of books via trades and digital, and the tendency of many, many current books to wind up in dollar bins within 6 months because retailers overorder to meet variant cover minimum thresholds, I see no reason to need to be current, especially at what cover prices are at currently. It has to be something I am willing to support at cover price (or the discounted price of a print subscription-i.e. both HM and the Marvel stuff are 40% off cover via subscription) before I will buy it as it comes out now. Plus, I really, really despise Diamond's business model and current practices, so if I can get books in a way that does not support them (and buying trades outside Diamond distribution or digital are really the only ways to do so as even Marvel print subs are fulfilled by Midtown Comics hence Diamond I discovered to my chagrin) that gives money to the publishers and creators but skips fattening the wallet of the Diamond middle man, I will take it.

Star Wars and Darth Vader are the only two that are on "permanent" pull.
Doctor Strange and Invincible Iron Man are on the list on a provisional basis, and the new Captain America and Moon Knight series will be added provisionally once they are released. Each one gets six months and if they continue to entertain me, they will be kept on.
I dropped Aquaman two weeks ago because Cullen Bunn and whomever the artist is have turned the book into a steaming hot mess in under six issues since Parker left the title.

I'm definitely getting Action, Superman, Superman/Batman, Superman/Wonder Woman, Justice League, Justice League of America, Justice League 3001, Justice League United, Injustice: Gods Among Us, Bizarro, Doomed, Wonder Woman, Section 8, Miracle Man, Star Trek, Star Trek/Green Lantern, Star Trek photo comics, Doctor Who 9th, DW 10th, DW 11th, DW 12th, Big Trouble in Little China, Super Dinosaur (it still comes out occasionally)...
I'll be getting SHIELD if it's still by Waid, and checking out Waids Avengers, Wilsons Avengers, whatever Hickman does next, maybe Saules Daredevil...

Been a while since we talked about current pulls and there has been a lot of changes since then, so thought I might bump this (also since I just added a third print sub today).
I don't have a pull list at an lcs, but I do have print subs for books I want to support.
Currently I have print subs for:
Heavy Metal
Dr. Strange
and today just ordered a 1 year sub for Black Panther by Coates and Stelfreeze because I want to support the book.
I also pick up the Archie reboot off the newsstands since my local Kroger carries it.
Other than that, I have Marvel Unlimited.
I am thinking of seeing if there is a shop that will do a 1 title pull list, as I do want to get Future Quest from DC when they launch it.
Everything else I get, I trade wait on (Velvet, Lazarus, Five Ghosts, Trees, Injection, Thief of Thieves, Saga, Southern Bastards and others...)
