^ I know I feel bad. I was on a roll, then a new job came up so I have been busy there. Plus, when I have been reading, it has been more of a variation but it is time to get back on track

Recently picked up and just read this Very happy to have in my Spidey collection. A nice early Punisher tale. I also kinda laughed that the reprint in the issue was Dr. Strange #179 (which itself is a reprint of ASM Annual #2 according to the GCD). Why not just source the original? Why says its a reprint of a reprint? I declare Reprintception!

He had a nephew with the same name. I'm gonna push and see if I can lay eyes on this issue to see for myself

I was visiting a comic collector I know today who told me a tale. Now let me preface by saying this guy likes talking and telling stories and it's very possible this is either complete baloney or a mis remembered mash up of past memories.
Anyways he claimed he had a friend who went to school in northern Ontario (he said Thunder Bay) and then thought it was maybe elsewhere. Anyway he said the lady lived next to steve ditko. He didn't know if ditko lived there permanently or just in summer but this guy managed to send a copy of amazing Spider-Man 13 with this lady and steve ditko apparently signed it. I asked if he still had the comic and he does but it's locked in a safe deposit box along with his amazing fantasy 15 and iother super rare books.
This supposedly happened 30-40 years ago. I cannot find any record of Ditko choosing to reside in Ontario let alone Canada. If anyone has heard or read anything about this I'd love to know. I'm aware of where ditko is now because o saw the documentary. But if this guy has this I want to press to see it because a Ditko signature is rare. And on that comic!? Probably the only one

^Ummm Punisher van? Yes please!
The old one is so hard to find. It is on my toy hit list for sure. That Ghost Rider figure is actually the best action figure of him I have seen. Nothing else (aside from higher end statues) has really grabbed me. I am hoping a company like Mezco does a Ghost Rider.

It can be hard to find a good Kane cover that is colored well. A lot of his work I find looks great in black and white but loses some of its appeal once colour is added. I love the colours on this one. Also love Kane faces

^One of the few Gil Kane efforts I dislike...not a fan of the way Man-Thing looks here. Mind you, I have seen this cover also give credit to Romita so maybe it is more his work on this collaboration that I don't particularly love.
Excellent punch though!

^ I love when you find a deal online Speaking of ebay, a few notable additions for me Cap #154 A nice array of books for around $0.80 each (some of while I will sell to cover costs) And finally, not comics but I feel compelled to post here because I am too lazy to zoom over to new toys thread. This was my Spiderman as a kid and the toys were and are the greatest. I have several now, including the Daily Bugle playset

Couple of books getting a bump, purely because of movie news.
Giant Size Fantastic Four #4 is seeing prices of $30-50 depending on condition thanks to Fox movie news. Also ASM #101 is expensive because they are apparently looking at doing a Morbius film. This one has always seemed to have some value due to it being a first appearance (and beauty cover IMO) but now it is even more.
