Image has had a lot of dreck, especially in the 90s, but they’ve put out more great books the last 20 years than Marvel and DC combined.

Also, you can use the code SPOOKY to get a 50% discount on Dark Horse Digital. It should be valid throughout October and stack with sale prices.

Every issue of Mad should be in that condition or worse.

Stig’s Inferno is a series I’ve always considered an all-time favorite, but to be honest I only read it once, when it originally came out, and remember pretty much nothing about it. Will pull it out to re-read next time I’m in that box.

Yep, looks like the Muhammad Ali one would set me back at least 50-100 by itself.
Some of the Rudolph ones are apparently hard to find. I think there were five Rudolph Treasuries, and I owned two of them. This lot had three, the three I needed! That pretty much sold me on the lot by itself, Christmas books are another of my collecting subsets.
I’m also happy to get the two horror ones for October reading.
I think I have both the DC/Marvel superhero crossovers, though one is coverless. Of course, there was at least one other DC/Marvel crossover Treasury…..

Treasury comics are another lifelong passion. Got rid of most of mine as a kid, no memory of how or why, so I’ve been slowly re-buying them whenever I stumble upon them for $10 or less. That is getting harder to do, so I bit the bullet and bought a 50 book lot the other day. Several that I own already, but several of the harder to find cheap ones too. Less than $10 a book shipped, I think I’ll be happy.

DC Dollar books and other giant sized comics of that era and before are my sweet spot. I will always want to find every single one of them. Think I’m getting close, but I haven’t done a good organization/cataloging in decades. I need 76 across the entire line to have them all, mostly G.I. Combat and Superman Family issues-- it seems those books had the longest run as Dollar comics than any other title. World's Finest is in 3rd place for number of Dollar Comic issues.
There were 226 total books published as Dollar comics from 1977-1983 (earliest cover date is Mar/Apr 1977, on sale in Dec. 1976), including annuals and specials... and there were quite a few of those. And I'll agree with MDG that a lot of these books were published when DC was at its pre-Crisis nadir. Nevertheless there are some good stories out there as well, namely in the runs of Adventure Comics, House of Mystery, Time Warp, and the DC Special Series. I’m probably similar to those numbers, and with a lot of doubles I’m sure. If you want, and I ever organize them enough to make a list, I’ll let you know what extras I have. I’ve been mentally planning to go thru them “next weekend” off for years now, it’s going to happen eventually!

Finally read the hardcover of Wonder Woman: Dead Earth by Daniel Warren Johnson and wow, it was beautiful in every way. Makes me excited to dive into his creator owned stuff like Murder Falcon and then the forthcoming Transformers stuff.

Humble Bundle has a really great Elfquest deal: details at this link. I'm giving this one some serious thought, since I've only read a little of Elfquest, but rather liked everything I've read... This was also an ideal opportunity to bump this thread up to the first page of this section, since a few members ( Calidore and impulse to be precise) were recently talking about one dedicated to online deals/sales. I’m probably going to jump on this bundle, but I do have this vague memory of ‘buying’ all of Elfquest directly from them way back when digital was new. I probably have it all on an old hard drive and/or email, but can’t find it now. You can also read most of it for free on their website iirc.
