Yes, I believe you are right. Carnival Of Light was mostly a Paul McCartney experiment but the Beatles have an agreement that there needs to be unanimous consent amongst the survivors and the other estate members as to what Beatle material gets released

I wonder if the Beatles' experimental song Carnival of Light will ever see the light of day. I'm sure it will be quite disappointing, making Revolution #9 seem good. But still, get it out there already!!
Agree on those Dylan official Bootleg volumes. I believe I have and heard the complete set

Yeah, I've heard that too. Screw Giles Martin and his remixes though, you may as well have Julian Lennon or Zak Starkey remix the Beatles catalogue. His remixes are an utter irrelevancy to me. As if the Beatles albums needed improving! That said, the outtakes that will undoubtedly accompany the set will be worth hearing. However, I do already own a fairly exhaustive 4 CD bootleg set of the Revolver Sessions, so I doubt there'll be that much I haven't heard before. Wow, first I've seen of that - are there similar "sessions editions" of other Beatles albums?
I don't get the motivation behind the remixes either, especially for these records that were so famously well-produced in the first place. I can see the reasoning in certain particular cases - Let It Be for example, where one of the actual creators, McCartney, had never been satisfied with the original released version. But randomly re-mixing famous albums "just because"? Seems like a straight money-grab to me.
i'm only interested in what they include as bonus material from the archive and as long as it's higher quality than what is to be found on most bootlegs

I have to join in the chorus about omnibuses; for archival sake, they are a great idea and spare over-handling original titles, but just the idea of dropping that wall of bricks on my lap to read takes some of the pleasure out of the experience. I had the same problem with Taschen's James Bond and Star Wars archives; great, deep-dive books filled with histoy and rare photos, but the freakin' books are huge, heavy and it makes me go through it quickly at least once, so at least i've absorbed the information, and only need to pull the books again on rare occasions. My local library has multiple hardcover volumes of Eric Powell's The Goon that I'd like to read, but it just seems like it'd be a pain just carrying one of them home. That's the way I read The Goon series. Nothing matches those oversized volumes to capture the exquisite details of Eric Powell's artwork. Having a good backpack helps taking it home

I've read from multiple sources the past few days that in September there will be an official announcement that the next Beatles Remix Deluxe Box Set album release will be Revolver with Giies Martin at the helm.

I'll be rooting for the Red Sox most of the way for the rest of the season, hoping they beat the other AL East teams and further increase the Yankees lead. Goooo Red Sox!!!

Last night, Yankee rookie pitcher Greg Weissert made his debut in relief. First 2 batters he faced he hit. Gave up 2 walks, recorded just 1 out and left the game with a 81.00 ERA. He promises to do better next time. I don't know. MLB batters are hitless against him. Unlike Weissert

I'm sure even the most incompetant defense lawyer can get the testimony of a masked vigilante who refuses to give his real name be thrown out of court. I can't see how any prosecutor would even allow a caped crusader with a secret identity take the stand in the first place

Many years ago, in the comic fanzine Comics Buyer's Guide, was a regular feature by Robert ingersoll called The Law Is A Ass. He was a lawyer as well as a comics fan. He would examine the legal issues raised in various super hero stories. Was quite a humorous as well as interesting column. Today I discovered that Mr Ingersoll has continued writing on the subject which can be found on this website Slam_Bradley might be a consultant to the column for all I know The Law Is A Ass

I thought he lived a life of lies with his secret identity They should remove Truth from Truth, Justice And The American Way . The American Way was removed years ago. As for justice- how often do you see super-heroes testify in court?
