Well it's been an exciting three hours, but I need to get to bed and go to work tomorrow.
What I'll work on tomorrow:
1. Moving popular threads from the old forum over to here. This may be problematic as users posted in those threads who may not be registered here. If you changed your username, I may also not realize who at CBR is who here.
2. Continuing to put the word out at the new CBR and passing the link here to those interested
3. Checking out any suggestions or questions you post in the Help Desk section. Please make me a good laundry list over there!
What YOU can do to help:
1. Keep thinking of old members we want to make sure are able to find this place. Profiles at the old Classic Comics board may include contact info: www.facebook.com/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Foldforums.comicbookresources.com%2F&h=1AQFo1ZLu
You may also get somewhere by googling their username and finding them on other discussion forums.
2. If your new username is significantly different from your old, PM me or post here so that I know who you are. If you would like to change your new username to match your old username (spaces, odd characters, and all) click here: classiccomics.boards.net/thread/11/changing-username-include-spaces-characters?page=1&scrollTo=128
3. Keep thinking of things that need to be fixed or addressed on this board and post them in the Help Desk section
4. Keep the discussion going. The last thing we want is for talk to dry up here as we're making the big shift!
