I wonder where they are going with the Huntress/Power Girl portion of the story? With the prediction of the current Earth 2 being destroyed at the end of World's End and Convergence hot on its heals, I get the impression that most of the current Earth 2 characters will die and once the Earth 2 book starts back up after Convergence, it will switch over to the Pre-Crisis Earth 2 characters. This might be wishful thinking on my part but I don't think it's impossible either given what we've been told is coming down the pike. |

I think its wishful thinking on your part, but I am wishing it with you. 
I personally think that the end of Earth 2 World's End is going to be Darkseid wins, but then Brainiac whisks Earth 2 away to his Blood Moon. In effect, Brainiac will save Earth 2 by seizing it. I think we will see the same characters rebuild Earth 2 after Convergence, perhaps forming an all-new Justice Society.
But I hope that I am wrong and you are right (at least about the original Earth 2 - I don't actually want to see these characters die).

Hmm.....I didn't consider such a scenario. I think you might be right on the money! may never be the same after this Convergence Mess is over with and I just don't like what I'm reading here Dr. Poison and Earth 2 Flash and it's bothers me to some degree that I may/may not get over with. I'm very nervous about the future of Earth 2 and it's characters. |

I think you might be right on the mone Earth 2 may never be the same after this Convergence Mess is over with and I just don't like what I'm reading here Dr. Poison and Earth 2 Flash and it's bothers me to some degree that I may/may not get over with. I'm very nervous about the future of Earth 2 and it's characters. I can understand why you would be apprehensive about the future of Earth 2: We love this concept and these characters. If I might offer a little comfort, remember that DC KNOWS that Earth 2 is big-time popular. They want money and Earth 2 is one of the ways they can get it. I am not sure what DC has planned with the Earth 2 line, but I do think that we will all be pretty happy about it once the post-Convergence plans are unveiled. |
