Looks like the complete run of Devilina could be had for about $35 on eBay right now, and both issues of Macabre for under $20
They wouldn't be cheap if they were long runs, but at two issues each it's pretty doable.

Taken as a whole title, they're all worthless because of the quick changes and cancellations. Ah, what might have been.
I am fond of several of the first or second issues, though. Like Slam, top of my list was Chaykin's Scorpion (that later became Dominic Fortune at Marvel).

There's a ringing endorsement . I've probably read a half-dozen or so--they all looked and read like fair-to-middling Bronze Age DCs and Marvels. And the problem is that that was all they were meant to be--a way to siphon some money from current fans. Didn't even have the low-rent wonkiness of Charlton.
