It was a cartoon about a bumbling secret agent:
And the Co-Creator was Bob Kane who created Batman. It kind of shows that it has Kane's handy work as it shows a few Batman Parodies to it.

I do. But, I hardly remember watching and I just can't recall a single cartoon show. I saw of it for 1 year and sorry to say that my memory don't remember much of it but I did remember watching some of it myself.

The theme song is the best thing about the show, though I liked some of the recurring villains, including "Doctor Madcap" and "Jack-in-the-Box." I imagine the producers gave him supervillain rather than spy-foes because of the TV-Batman's influence.
