Mm... I got a message that I was IP-banned for a few minutes, but I thought it was due to the location I was posting from.
IP-ban message at least has disappeared for me.

It seems like they mentioned upgrading the server as a part of creating the new board. I wonder if they are doing that.

Something tells me that this board has scant needs as far as moderation. The little corner of CBR that was the Classics Comics Board seemed to self-govern for the most part. It is a shame we were affected and even more of a shame that the powers that be really had little to no interest in the Classics section of their forum.
May they enjoy their Jim Lee X-Men comics and fatuous company-wide Marvel and DC crossovers forever. No Wally Wood or Jack Kirby for them!

I really didn't want much from the old forums. Just one thing I knew I couldn't do anywhere and it irked me the board was wiped anew . I was doing a pretty cool RAW Review thread where I was reviewing each RAW from 1993. I was like 14-16 shows into it.

Sad to see the old CBR go. I hope the Christmas threads were archived. I was just starting to read over the threads from years past.

Aaron King's very first priority was to get the Christmas threads. I haven't seen him here since Day 1, but he has them.

I tried the boards over there for a couple days when it first happened. Curious to see and thinking I'd split time between both here and there.
Soulless, cold and empty as a pocket.
Version 2.0 here is even better than before. Really digging, and yes, we didn't need mods. Gentlemen and lady (ladies ?). Adults not troll baiters.
