Looks like February 21st is going to be the day for general registration. Is anyone else going to be joining in the annual bloodbath to try to get badges?  |

I'll be taking a shot at getting a badge, but as I have plans for later Saturday morning I don't know if I'll be able to stay on-line very long. If luck is with me I'll probably just go 1 or 2 days to make it a less stressful con-light experience.

I've been a dozen or so times, though only a couple since it went all crazy and selling out in seconds. Didn't go for it this year.
Lately, I've been more interested in finding other cons. The more comic-focused, the better.
Also, I'm trying to travel less.

For years I had always wanted to make a trip out to SDCC, but living on the East Coast and hearing stories of the increasing crowds and the difficulties in acquiring a ticket have largely squashed those desires. Still, I enjoy reading coverage of stuff that goes on during the con. |
